I'm over it..
I'm over being told that I'm wrong when I know I'm not. I know marriage is for better or worse, but the emotional turmoil is getting to be too much.
Bosses right????
I just recently started a new job. My boss who, up until yesterday, had been cool and chill, was in a mood and tore everyone a new one. Not only did she tear into everyone, she did in front of customers. Ok, I get that I'm new and trying to learn. I also know I'll make mistakes. I admit to all that but don't go blaming other peoples shortcomings and mistakes on me. I didn't realize that it was in my job description to know who was working when I had a day off. Evidently, the fact I was off and didn't know who worked was the wrong answer! Who knew! Part of my job description is customer service. Part of that includes having the proper tools available for use. So one would think that if I need to clean the proper tools, that would be a priority so that I can do my job! But noooo!!!
